THE ROSE
The [not only biological] differences between male and female dominated the news, articles and talkshows for a long time.
I didn’t want to make this theme to heavy and at that time i was busy with an image of a Damask Rose of which I didn’t know what to do with exactly, but I came to shape when i started to transform the flower.

Income, social & corporate position, children, wishes, careers and customs had to be discussed to give males and females an equal position in every single way.
Obvious i was inspired by the banana of Andy Warhol, although it wasn’t finished, it is now.
