During my 4 weeks drive through Morocco, from the desert up to Tanger, I recognized the Aicha tomato tin cans which reminded me of the Campbell soup can of Andy Warhol and also the Dutch Unox brand from my childhood. The brands had their biggest grow end 60ies / beginning 70ies and were almost identical in design and use of colours, the beautiful and recognisably red and simplicity in design. Morocco and the Netherlands have a very long history together and although the polarisation is increasing, the similarities are more interesting.
